So many times, clients have come to a consultation saying they feel ‘invisible’, ‘hate looking at themselves in the mirror’.

The menopause can have a massive impact on your self-esteem. You trundle along in your 30’s and 40’s and then when you approach the menopause, your face seems to change, and you can lose your confidence.

We all age and chronological aging starts would you believe at the age of 25!

The most dramatic changes in a woman’s appearance take place around menopause years, when oestrogen levels drop and this causes considerable loss of collagen, which is the most important protein that makes up most of the skins supportive structure.

There are many treatments now available to achieve a natural look, which is what most women are looking for.
